Prerequisites:

  • ​Billing information must be set up for HCSSApps within Credentials before new users can be created and assigned app access. For more information, contact your preferred HCSS Support at the following numbers.
    • Estimating - HeavyBid: 855-231-7876.
    • Operations - HeavyJob, Safety, Forms, Plans: 855-231-7878.
    • Fleet - E360, Dispatcher, Telematics: 855-231-7877.

User Creation:

  1. Log into credentials.hcssapps.com and log in using an existing administrator account.
Notes:
  • The subsequent steps are only available when logged in as an administrator.
  • Users without a Credentials administrator account can contact an existing internal administrator or HCSS Support for further assistance.
  1. Click on Users > User List.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Populate the User ID, First Name, Last Name, and E-mail fields.
    • Note: User IDs are globally unique. Using a company email address for this field is highly recommended.
  4. Select the user's Role.
    1. Admin role has full access, including company settings, subscriptions (cost changes), and deleting/editing/adding users.
    2. User role only has access rights to their own account/profile and cannot make any changes to company settings or subscription costs.
  5. (Optional) Populate Subscription Group as desired.
  6. (Optional) Use the options under Business Unit & Job to administer user access to administer access to specific business units and/or jobs.
  7. (Optional) Under Employee Mapping select the user's Employee Code.
  8. Click Save.
Note: The system will generate an email with a link that directs the user to set their own password.
