Other Environment InfoDue to Microsoft discontinuing support for Internet Explorer, this function does not work in IE. It is recommended to use another web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Resolution
The Employee Code within Credentials' user setup screen is populated with the list of employee codes set up in HeavyJob and/or HCSS Safety. Complete the following steps to map a user to their employee code.
  1. Log into credentials.hcssapps.com with an existing administrator account.
Notes:
  • The subsequent steps are only available when logged in as an administrator.
  • Users without a Credentials administrator account can contact an existing internal administrator or HCSS Support for further assistance.
  1. Click on Users > User List.
  2. Click Details for the user to open the User Profile for that user.
  3. Scroll down to the Employee Mapping section and click the User-added image icon to open the list of employee codes.
  4. Select the user's employee code and then click OK.
  5. Click Save.

Note: For HeavyJob Desktop users, the following criteria apply to populating and updating this list:
    • An employee code will display in the list if it exists in any job's employee setup, the employee library, or both.
    • In instances where there is discrepancy between an employee code existing both in the library and at the job level, the information in the library will take precedence.
    • Modifications to employees at the job level are not pushed to Credentials. If an employee code that does not exist in the employee library is added at the job level, the employee code will display in the list, but the employee code would need to be added to and then modified in the employee library for the modifications to be reflected in Credentials.
