Resolution
  1. Log into credentials.hcssapps.com using an existing administrator account.
Notes:
  • The subsequent steps are only available when logged in as an administrator.
  • Users without an administrator account can contact an existing internal administrator or HCSS Support for further assistance.
  1. Click Users > User List if the User List is not already displayed.
  2. Click Details for the user to enter the User Profile for that user.
  3. Locate the Business Unit & Job section and under Job Access, click the drop-down and choose one of the following options:
    1. All Jobs - User will have access to all jobs.
    2. Select Jobs - User will only have access to the selected jobs.
      1. Click Select Jobs.
      2. Click the checkbox next to the desired jobs.
      3. Click OK.
    3. Jobs where Employee Code is active - User will only have access to jobs where the user's employee ID is active within the job's employee setup.
    4. Select Job access by HeavyJob Tags - User will only have access to jobs with the specified Job Tags. Job Tags are called Job Filters in HeavyJob and must be set up before Job Tags will appear in Credentials. Please see How to Change a Job Filter in HeavyJob Manager for HeavyJob Desktop, or How to Set up Job Filters in HeavyJob Web for HeavyJob Web.
      1. Click Select Tags.
      2. Navigate to and select the desired Job tags.
        • Note: Job Tags are sorted first by business unit and then by job filter group.
      3. Click OK.
      4. Click Save.
      • Note: Tags selected in Credentials must match Filters applied to job(s) in HeavyJob for that user to be able to see the job(s).
