Prerequisites:
To have access to setting up new Job Filters, users must be paid users, and have access to View/Edit Filters through their Access Group. This feature is for HeavyJob web-only users for hybrid users
How to Change a Job Filter in HeavyJob Manager
Setting up new Job Filter:
- Log on to Heavyjob.hcssapps.com.
- Navigate to Setup > Jobs > Setup Filters.
- Click on the Jobs tab.
Add a New Group:
- Click Add Group.
- Enter a Code.
- Click Save.
Add a Tag to a Group:
- Click the drop down next to the desired group to add a tag to.
- Click Add Tag.
- Give the tag a Code and Description (optional).
- Click Save.
