Before costs can be turned into a full-fledged bid, there are a few reports that assist in analyzing an job. These reports are available in the Reports tab of the main menu bar.
The Cost Reports contain reports associated with cost. The principal reports for direct cost are the Cost Report Plus and the Cost Report Classic. These reports have many different options available to print at the biditem, activity, or resource level. Other reports such as the Labor Use, Equipment Use, and Material Requirements reports will show where these resources are used.
The Summary Reports contain Bid Summary reports that include cost and price, cost only, and price only reports.
The Quote System Reports, Cash Flow Reports, and Vendor/Business Contact Reports contain reports associated with using the features in the Subsystem menu.
The Estimate Resource Reports and System Resources Reports will print listings of the codes in these databases.

HeavyBid includes built in, highly customizable inquiry reports which can be run at the biditem, activity, or resource level. In addition to these reports, HeavyBid also has an Estimate Review utility specifically designed to call attention to pre-set thresholds.
