Overview:
- The estimate review screen automatically computes when it is first launched and breaks down indicators for Estimate Totals, Biditem, Activity, Resource, and Quote System on respectively named tabs.
- Items on the Estimate Totals tab show how the estimate is doing as a whole. Entries on each of the other tabs show a more detailed analysis of the estimate relative to their level.
- Potential problems will be highlighted in yellow.
- Review checks can be modified to fit specific needs. To modify Estimate Review checks:
- Navigate to Menu > Tools > Preferences > System Preferences.
- Click Estimate Review from the left-hand menu.
- Click Customize Estimate Review.
- For each tab, toggle checks on or off as desired.
- When finished, click Save And Close.
- Note: The Estimate Review screen will need to be closed and reopened prior to changes taking effect.
- Clicking the 3 dot ellipsis beside any check within Estimate Review will display all items within that check category. If items need to be adjusted, click Create Checklist and Review Items within the resulting dialog box to jump to the estimate entry tree view and view each item listed within the category one-by-one, in order to easily rectify issues.
