| Resolution | Quick Start:
- Navigate to Menu > Query > Resource to access the Resource Inquiry.
- Click any tab to view pre-built sets of information, or click the Customize tab to build a custom view.
- (Optional) Click Filters to filter the on screen information.
Customizing the Grid:
- Navigate to Menu > Query > Resource.
- Click the Customize tab.
- Perform one of the following to launch the column selection screen:
- Click the Customize tab a second time.
- Click Customize to the lower left of the grid.
- Toggle on/off desired columns.
- Click OK.
- Note: Columns on the screen can be rearranged by dragging/dropping the column headers in the desired order.
- Note: The information within the grid can be exported to Excel by right-clicking in the grid and clicking Send to Excel. Only the visible columns will be exported.
Using Filters:
- Navigate to Menu > Query > Resource.
- From any tab, click Filters.
- Select desired filters. Options include:
- Filter by biditem(s).
- Filter by activity.
- Filter by resource(s).
- Toggle to include/exclude non-additive activities.
- Filter by one or more resource types.
- Click OK.
- Note: When filters are enabled, the Filters button will display in bold and the Resource Inquiry tab will be appended with the message "(Filters On)". To clear filters:
- Click Filters.
- Click Reset Filters.
- Click OK.
Actions & Links:
- Display Options - select to display information in the grid in order of biditem, activity, or resource code.
- Go To - click and input a biditem, activity, or resource number to quickly jump to a desired item.
- Resources - click to see quantity and cost breakdown for the currently selected resource.
- Biditem/Activity/Resource Inquiry - click to quickly jump to the biditem/activity/resource inquiry.
