Where can I download HeavyBid Installation Files?
- Log in to the HCSS Community then click My Software. Click Download beside the desired software version.
How do I get a login to the HCSS Community?
- Existing HCSS Mobile Apps and HCSS GPS accounts can be used to log in to the Community.
- If no existing account is present, company administrators can provide employees with a login through credentials.hcssapps.com.
- If no company administrator account is set up, please contact support@hcss.com.
Prerequisite:
Performing the Install:
- Double-click the downloaded HeavyBid Installer MSI file.
- Once the installer launches, click Next to continue.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions and click Next.
- When prompted to select the type of installation, select Standalone and click Next.
Note: If the computer running the installer already has another install of HeavyBid (i.e. a Multi-User workstation) select the option to Install HeavyBid for the first time and proceed with step 4.
- Choose an installation directory and click Next.
- Verify that the install path is correct, then click Install.
- If prompted to allow the install to continue, click Yes to proceed.
- Wait for the install to complete and click Finish.
Note: After clicking Finish, the supporting products (.NET 4 Client Profile, Crystal 11, SQL CE, SQL Server Native Client) will be automatically installed if they do not already exist on the machine.
- Launch HeavyBid and input the company specific registration code.
- Registration codes can be located from within the HCSS Community by clicking My Software, then accessing the Registration Codes tab.
