Step 1: Disable Production History in Credentials

1. Login to credentials.hcssapps.com as an Administrator.
   • How to create a user account on Credentials for HCSSApps and Customer Portal
   • How to reset password for credentials.hcssapps.com
2. Expand Licensing and click on HeavyBid.

3. Un-check Allow access to HeavyJob data for Production History in HeavyBid.

4. Click Save.

Step 2: Disable Production History in HeavyBid

1. In HeavyBid, go to Tools > Preferences > System.
2. Click on Production History on the left side.
3. Un-check Enable Production History in HeavyBid.

4. Click OK.
5. The  button will automatically reset to Cost History for all users.
