Performing a Reset without an Administrator Account:
- In any web browser, navigate to https://credentials.hcssapps.com/.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Populate Username with the username of the account to be reset.
- Click Next.
- An email with a verification code to change the password will be sent to the email address associated with the specified username.
- Enter the HCSS Apps verification code sent by email and click Next.
Performing a Reset with an Administrator Account:
- In any web browser, navigate to https://credentials.hcssapps.com/.
- Log in using a pre-existing administrator account.
- Locate the desired user's information and click on their User ID.
- (Optional) Notate/modify the E-Mail address associated with the selected user.
- Click Reset Password.
- An email with a link to change the password will be sent to the email address associated with the specified username.
Note: The email link will only be sent if the contact method is set to Email.
- Active Directory passwords can only be reset by the company's Internal IT Department.
