Note: If unable to remember the current password, see the following article: How to Generate a Password Reset for Credentials/HCSS Apps
  1. In any internet browser, navigate to credentials.hcssapps.com.
  2. Log in using a pre-existing user account.
  3. In the top right-hand corner, locate and click on the gray box containing the logged in user's username.
  4. Click Edit Profile.
  5. Click Change Password.
  6. Populate and confirm the new password.
  7. Click Save.
