HeavyBid 2015+:

Note: It is strongly recommended that junior estimators consult with the chief estimator before making changes to estimate preferences.
  1. Navigate to Menu > Tools > Preferences > Estimate.
  2. Click Audit Trail from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select from the following options:
    • Always On.
    • Turn on    days prior to bid date.
    • Off.
  4. Click OK.

Note: Information logged in the Audit Trail may be viewed by navigating to Menu > Query > Audit.

HeavyBid 2014 and Prior:

Note: It is strongly recommended that junior estimators consult with the chief estimator before making changes to estimate preferences.
  1. Navigate to Menu > Tools > Preferences.
  2. Within the Estimate Preferences section of the left-hand menu, click Misc.
  3. Within the Audit Trail section, select from the following options:
    • Always On.
    • Turn on    days prior to bid date.
    • Off.
  4. Click OK.

Note: Information logged in the Audit Trail may be viewed by navigating to Menu > Query > Estimate and then clicking on the Audit sub-tab.
