Note: Changing the applications available to users may incur additional charges.

Building a Subscription Group from Scratch: 

1. Log in to credentials.hcssapps.com as an admin.
2. Click Groups.
3. Click + NEW GROUP.
4. Enter the desired NAME and click NEXT.
   • Optional: A DESCRIPTION may be entered if desired.
5. Under Group creation options, select the radio button for Build from scratch.
6. Click NEXT.
7. Select users as desired and click CREATE GROUP.

Building a Subscription Group from a Template: 

1. Log in to credentials.hcssapps.com as an admin.
2. Click Groups.
3. Click + NEW GROUP.
4. Enter the desired NAME and click NEXT.
   • Optional: A DESCRIPTION may be entered if desired.
5. Under Group creation options, select the radio button for Start with an existing group template.
6. In the TEMPLATE dropdown, select the desired subscription group and click NEXT.
7. Select users as desired and click NEXT.
8. Click CREATE GROUP.
