Note: Changing the applications available to users may incur additional charges. 

Assigning Via Groups:

1. Log in to credentials.hcssapps.com as an admin.
2. Click Groups.

3. Select the desired Subscription Group.
4. Click Assigned users.
5. Click + ADD USERS.

6. Select the checkboxes for the desired users, and click ADD SELECTED.
7. Click SAVE CHANGES.

Assigning Via User Profile:

1. Log in to credentials.hcssapps.com as an admin.
2. Select the desired User ID.
3. Under Subscription & Role, select the dropdown for Subscription Group, and select the desired group.

4. Click SAVE.
