Resolution
  1. Enable integration within Credentials.
    1. Navigate to credentials.hcssapps.com.
    2. Log in with Customer Admin rights.
    3. Navigate to Licensing > HeavyBid.
    4. In the Preferences section, select the box for Allow HeavyBid to integrate with Safety data.
  2. Enable the preference within HeavyBid 2017.
    1. Navigate to Menu > Tools > Preferences > System Preferences.
    2. Click Web Applications from the left-hand menu.
    3. Select the box for Enable Safety in HeavyBid.
    4. (Optional) If operating within an Enterprise system, select the Enterprise Business Unit from the drop-down menu.
