To Give an Employee Access to HeavyJob One:

Log in as an admin user to credentials.hcssapps.com.
Add a new subscription group with access to HeavyJob One.

Add a new user or assign an appropriate existing user access to the subscription group with HeavyJob One access.

The user(s) can now sign into the HeavyJob Field application with access to HeavyJob One.
